今年も残すところ僅か。種まきからここまで本当に速かったなと思います。

そして今年ほど土中の微生物たちと対話をした年も無かった。 ほぼ毎日新しい発見があり、その度に彼らと植物たちのことを考え、その課題に対して可能性のある原因を一つずつ潰しながら、正解を探し出そうとしてきました。間違った菌の使い方のせいでダメージを負った子たちを回復させながら、気付けば彼らの言葉が以前より少し分るようになったと思います。

彼らは実にダイナミックで、実に正直で、実に生きることに必死で、その様が僕らにとっても良い師範であり、諦めずにやり抜くことの大切さを教えてくれたのでした。

従業員でもある彼らは、とても気紛れで自分本意。経営者にとってはとても困ったちゃん。でも後で考えると、その理由はちゃんと彼らの理にかなっているのです。

僕たちは彼らのおかげで、とても鍛えられ、磨かれ、大きな力を得たと思います。彼らが自然を味方につける術を教えてくれたのです。
今でも僕たちは間違いを犯しますが、その問題解決策を探る基本的な考え方は、全て彼らから習ったものです。

今、彼らとの対話が本当に楽しい。農園にいる時間が輝き始めています。

The happy talk with microbes

Only few days leave this year. We have felt the time has gone really fast from sowing the seeds to now.

We have talked the most with the microbes in the soil this year. Almost every day we have got new discoveries, and every time we have thought about them and the plants, we have tried to find the right answer to the problem, ticking the possible causes one by one. For now we can understand their words a little better than we used to, as we recover the plants from the damage caused by using the fungi in a wrong way.

They are so dynamic, so honest, so desperate to live, and such their behaviours  have been a good teacher and have taught us the great importance of never giving up.

They are very fickle and self-centred employees too. They look like troublemakers seeing from us. But their actions must be reasonable, as we consider deeply.

They have trained us, polished us up and given us a lot of strength. They taught us how to use nature.
We still make mistakes, but all of the basic ideas how we can find a solution always come from them.

We really enjoy talking with them now. Our farming time is beginning to shine.
